Housing 21’s Tandle View Court gets a helping hand from Dynamic
Housing 21 is an extra care and supported housing scheme which provides homes for elderly people across the UK – they manage more than 20 thousand retirement and extra care living properties and provide over 42 thousand hours of social care each week.
Dynamic FM provide responsive repairs and maintenance for the 60 apartments at Tandle View Court in Oldham, as well as all their other properties in the area.
We recently offered a helping hand to the lovely staff and residents at Tandle View; two of our operatives attended the residence and installed cabinets and furniture to the communal areas of the residence. This is part of Dynamic’s larger vision to add social value to the people and areas where we work.
