Dynamic FM commits to ‘earn and learn’ by joining The 5% Club

Dynamic FM has showcased its commitment to developing its people by joining The 5% Club, an industry led initiative focussed on driving momentum into the recruitment of apprentices, graduates and sponsored students.

The 5% Club is a movement of more than 500 employers providing ‘earn and learn’ opportunities to develop the skills and talents people need to become more employable and create meaningful careers. Companies joining The 5% Club commit to raising the number of apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formal programmes to 5% of their total workforce within five years. Members are also asked to publicly report their progress in their Annual Report. Existing members range from SMEs to FTSEs and cover a number of diverse industries, from engineering through to the legal sector.

We believe having a quality workplace where our workforce feels appreciated and understood is important for both the individual and the business. Our employees receive regular training and support from experienced management teams to ensure they are satisfied with their role and progression. We are delighted support the future of our industry.

Dynamic FM are already strongly committed to developing its people. We run regular training for our employees to develop technical competencies and management skills. Our Apprenticeship schemes are run in collaboration with local institutes of learning and offer young people the opportunity to qualify as fully trained tradesmen. For more technically demanding roles we also offer degree apprenticeships for employee’s to work under experienced professionals whilst studying for their degree’s.
