Dynamic FM and Overbury deliver new office Headquarters for BASF plc.
This project sees the successful delivery of a brilliant new Headquarters for BASF.
On behalf of BASF Chemicals, Dynamic FM worked with Overbury Plc. to carry out mechanical services for their new UK Headquarters.
This CAT-B fit-out included the distribution of mechanical services generally, including commercial plumbing to new kitchens, tea-points, laboratories, and cleaners’ areas, and also the associated installation of wastewater systems.
The wider installation catered for the installation of siphonic rainwater systems, fresh-air and extract installation, VRF (variable refrigerant flow) Fan Coil Units and primary/secondary ductwork and grilles, branch connection boxes and refrigerant pipework / associated tray work and condensate pipework and BMS (building management system) controls.
