Dynamic FM secures Fume Cupboard Project with Lancaster University
Dynamic FM is pleased to announce that we have been successful in securing our first mini-competition win under the Lancaster University Mechanical Services Framework.
This framework contract is for minor works mechanical services and covers LPHW heating and chilled water systems, public health plumbing services, supply and extract ventilation services across the university property portfolio.
This project will see the refurbishment of the third floor of Lancaster University’s Faraday Building, and the installation of 6 new fume cupboards complete with new AHU, ducting, lab gases and all associated building and electrical works. The project will commence March 2022 and has a value in the region of £300k.
