Dynamic Group Launches ‘Living the Values’ Award — and Names Two Inaugural Winners

At Dynamic Group, our values aren’t just words on a wall. They shape the way we work, the way we treat our clients, and the way we support one another as colleagues. So earlier this year, we launched our first ever ‘Living the Values’ Award — a new initiative inviting all staff across the group to nominate fellow colleagues who they felt were genuinely demonstrating those values in their day-to-day work.

How It Works

Each quarter, colleagues are invited to submit nominations for teammates they believe are going above and beyond to live out the Dynamic Group values: Working Safely, Performance Driven, Your Partner, and Communication. Nominations are reviewed by the board, and a winner is selected to receive a £200 gift card and an extra day’s holiday in recognition of their contribution.

Two Winners in Quarter One

The calibre of nominations received for the first quarter was exceptional. So much so, that when the board came to make their decision, they simply couldn’t separate two outstanding candidates — and so, for the first time, two winners were named.

Martin Mulholland was recognised for demonstrating the values of Performance Driven and Communication to the highest degree through his work on the TfGM contract for AT Nolan. Martin consistently goes above and beyond to ensure KPIs are met and clients are kept informed and happy — a standard of performance that benefits the whole group.

Wendy Smith was recognised for her unwavering Attention to Detail and Communication throughout her time with the business. Wendy’s meticulous approach drives up performance across the team, and her ability to remain calm, positive, and professional — whether dealing with tenants or colleagues — has a genuinely uplifting effect on everyone around her.

Both Martin and Wendy received their Certificates of Recognition alongside their prizes, and we’d like to congratulate them both wholeheartedly. They are exactly the kind of colleagues that make Dynamic Group what it is.
