Dynamic FM Appointed to Deliver Integrated FM Services Across Cain International’s Logistics Portfolio
Dynamic FM is proud to have been appointed by Cain International to deliver a fully integrated facilities management service across three large warehouse and logistics assets. The contract, which runs from January 2026 through to 2029, sees Dynamic FM take on total FM responsibility across sites in Redditch, Nottingham, and Doncaster — supporting the demands of high-performance logistics environments where operational continuity and compliance are critical.
Three Major Logistics Assets
The contract spans three significant sites: Redditch Gateway, Fulwood 190 near Nottingham, and Eclipse, Stainforth in Doncaster. Each asset operates within the logistics and industrial sector, where the expectation on FM providers is high — planned maintenance must be delivered without disrupting operations, reactive responses must be fast and reliable, and compliance must be maintained without exception.

A Fully Integrated FM Service
Our scope across all three sites covers the full spectrum of hard FM delivery, including:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for all mechanical and electrical systems
- Reactive maintenance with rapid response
- Statutory compliance and certification
- Asset management and condition reporting
- Energy monitoring and optimisation
- 24/7 helpdesk support
The contract is managed through Propeller Powered, our CAFM platform, which provides real-time visibility across the entire portfolio — from job logging and engineer scheduling through to compliance tracking and performance reporting. For a multi-site contract spanning three locations across the Midlands and Yorkshire, this level of digital integration is essential. Every task is tracked, every compliance obligation is visible, and our client has access to accurate, up-to-date information at any time.
