Port Street

Dynamic FM delivered a full M&E design and fit-out package valued at £4.2 million for this landmark 135-apartment, 14-storey private rented sector development at the junction of Port Street and Great Ancoats Street in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

Working on behalf of developer Mulbury City, our in-house team was responsible for the complete mechanical and electrical installation across all 135 apartments — each featuring a private balcony — together with the ground floor commercial units and residents’ lounge.

The project demonstrates Dynamic FM’s proven capability in delivering high-value, multi-storey residential M&E packages within demanding city-centre construction environments.
