Village 135 is an extra care village developed by Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) providing 135 two-bedroom apartments and a community hub for the ageing population of Wythenshawe, Manchester. Dynamic FM worked with GallifordTry and provided a Full MEP Design and build for the 135 apartments and fitted the Biomass Central Plant.
