Manchester Airport T2 Executive Lounge

Dynamic FM delivered the full mechanical and electrical installation for the new Executive by Escape Lounges at Manchester Airport Terminal 2, forming part of Manchester Airport’s £1.3 billion Terminal 2 transformation programme. Appointed by principal contractor LPL Construction, and working on behalf of CAVU — the hospitality division of Manchester Airports Group — Dynamic FM’s security-cleared, Blue Pass engineers delivered the complete M&E package for a flagship lounge designed to accommodate around 300 guests, offering premium interiors and panoramic runway views. The project demanded exceptional coordination within a live, security-critical airport environment, with meticulous adherence to MAG’s strict operational and safety requirements throughout. The Executive Lounge marks the first Executive-tier facility within the Escape Lounges portfolio and represents a further milestone in Dynamic FM’s growing body of work across Terminal 2, which also includes the UK Border Force Accommodation, Flow Control Room, Touchdown Offices and Newport Health facilities.
