Dynamic FM delivered a comprehensive low-carbon mechanical and electrical upgrade at Stanley Park Infant School in Carshalton, Surrey, completed between June and November 2023. The project involved the full strip-out of legacy gas-fired heating and domestic water systems, replaced with a new LTHW system served by high-efficiency air source heat pumps (ASHPs). Works encompassed new fan convectors and low surface temperature radiators, a complete domestic hot and cold water installation, full electrical upgrades, and smart BMS controls with zonal management and VPN-enabled remote access — allowing Dynamic FM to monitor and optimise system performance from Greater Manchester. Through collaborative value engineering, £80,000 in savings were delivered without compromising quality or performance. The project was completed on time and within budget across a demanding 134-day programme, carefully phased around term dates in a live school environment.
