Boiler Rooms & Energy Centres
We have designed, installed, and commissioned new, high-efficiency plant rooms for a variety of clients, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and reducing operating costs. Our expertise extends to both replacement and new installations, providing a complete solution from start to finish.
As framework suppliers on the Lancaster University Small Works Framework, we have overseen the successful upgrade of their energy centre in three phases. More details can be read here and a video walk through of the second phase of this project can be viewed here.
Decarbonisation Projects
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we manage decarbonisation projects that help clients reduce their carbon footprint. From assessing current systems to designing and implementing low-carbon solutions, we help businesses and organisations transition to greener, more energy-efficient alternatives.
Dynamic FM are completing a 220kW photovoltaic installation at Printworks, Manchester for Cushman & Wakefield. The rooftop system featured 489 panels, supporting the client’s carbon reduction and sustainability targets.
Heat Pumps
Dynamic FM has managed the design, installation, and commissioning of air source heat pumps for a number of projects. We provide full integration of heat pump systems into both existing and new builds, ensuring maximum energy efficiency whilst delivering decarbonisation and sustainibility goals.
At Stanley Park Infant School we replaced the outdated gas-fired heating and hot water systems with a new all-electric energy-efficient system, including full design and installation. Read about the successful project here.
LED Lighting Installations
Our team has overseen the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting systems across multiple sites. These projects not only enhance the quality of lighting but also deliver significant savings in energy costs, contributing to both financial and environmental sustainability.
Dynamic FM delivered an LED lighting upgrade at Trafford Town Hall, replacing outdated fittings with energy-efficient luminaires across office and public areas. The works included new presence and daylight sensors to enhance energy savings and user comfort, supporting Trafford Council’s carbon reduction strategy.
Airside / Airport Works
We have provided a comprehensive design & build service for Manchester Airport Group (MAG), comprising of the installation of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Our attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines in a security-controlled environment, has ensured that airport facilities remain operational and meet all regulatory standards during the installation of the works.
