Dynamic FM Secures a Place on TfGM’s HVACGE Framework

Dynamic FM has been successfully appointed to the Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) HVACGE Repairs, Installation and Maintenance Framework 2025–2029.

The new four-year framework will enable TfGM to call upon pre-approved suppliers to deliver a wide range of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, gas and related services across its portfolio of transport facilities. These include bus stations, depots, interchanges, travel shops, and office accommodation throughout the Greater Manchester area.

Following a highly competitive open tender process, Dynamic FM was awarded a place as one of just five contractors selected to join the framework. Our appointment gives us the opportunity to be invited to mini-competitions for projects valued above £50,000, as well as to support in the delivery of reactive and planned works across the estate.

This achievement represents a significant step forward in our public sector growth strategy and builds upon our existing working relationship with TfGM. Through our group company AT Nolan, we are already delivering building fabric maintenance services across many of the same sites covered under this new framework.

The framework will support a variety of workstreams – from statutory planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, to minor installations and upgrade works – with a strong emphasis on compliance, energy efficiency, and minimal disruption to live transport operations. Contractors are required to provide 24/7 emergency call-out services and respond on site within 2 hours for priority cases.

Dynamic FM’s service delivery will be underpinned by our integrated Propeller CAFM system, experienced engineering teams, and our commitment to TfGM’s core values – including social value, innovation, and sustainability.

As part of our mobilisation onto the framework, we are preparing to contribute to mini-competitions and project tenders expected over the coming months, with the framework officially commencing in autumn 2025. The framework is expected to generate a multi-million-pound pipeline of works over its four-year term, spanning a wide variety of planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and minor project opportunities across TfGM’s estate

We are proud to support TfGM’s ambition to maintain a safe, modern and efficient transport network, and we look forward to playing an active role in its continued improvement over the coming years.
