Dynamic FM Shortlisted for National BESA Industry Award
Dynamic FM is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for the “Excellence in Competence and Compliance” Award at the 2025 BESA Industry Awards, taking place on 16 October 2025 at The Brewery, London.
The BESA (Building Engineering Services Association) Awards celebrate outstanding achievements in the UK’s building services sector. Our shortlisting recognises over a decade of high-performance delivery to Housing 21, where we have consistently achieved:
- 100% statutory gas compliance
- First-time fix and attendance KPIs above 95%
- Outstanding contractor recognition from Housing 21
- Support for Housing 21’s recent #1 national ranking in the National Tenant Survey for responsive repairs
We’re especially proud that our commitment to technical excellence, compliance culture, and support for vulnerable residents has been recognised at a national level.
