Contract Overview
Dynamic FM will manage the periodic servicing, inspections, and responsive maintenance of 1,520 individual heating appliances and 38 communal heating installations across Housing 21’s properties. This comprehensive contract includes a range of services designed to ensure tenants’ safety and comfort while supporting Housing 21 in meeting its obligations as a landlord.
The contract, let under the NHF Form of Contract 2011 (Gas and Heating) (Rev 7: 2020), adopts a 3-Star service level agreement. It is structured as an “all-inclusive” package, incorporating the National Housing Federation’s Schedule of Rates (M3NHF 7.2 Version), ensuring transparency and efficiency in cost management.
