Dynamic FM’s Charity Abseil Raises Funds for Manchester’s Homeless Community

In a show of fearlessness and compassion, three members of Dynamic FM & AT Nolan Building Contractor’s teams, Chris Murray, Ellis Graham, and James Nolan, participated in an adrenaline-fueled charity abseil from the iconic Barton Tower at the Trafford Centre on June 24th. Their efforts aimed to raise money for Barnabus Manchester, a local charity which provides vital support for Manchester’s homeless communities.

Barnabus work in the Greater Manchester area and has been a beacon of hope for the homeless community for years. From providing immediate necessities through to raising awareness about homelessness, Barnabus is committed to supporting individuals in need and helping them transition out of homelessness.

Our team swapped desks, tools and PPE for harnesses and helmets to descend Barton Tower. This thrilling charity event was not just about scaling heights but also about extending hands to those who find themselves at the lowest points of their lives.

We’re thrilled to report that the abseil was a resounding success. Not only did Chris, Ellis, and James safely make the descent, but their efforts, backed by greatly appreciated contributions from the community, also managed to raise over £700 for Barnabus.

Every pound of the funds raised will go directly to Barnabus, providing immediate support for Manchester’s homeless communities. This assistance ranges from providing meals and essential supplies to helping with accommodation and mental health services.

We are immensely proud of the courageous efforts and goodwill demonstrated by our team members. We continue to stand with local charities like Barnabus in their mission to tackle homelessness and raise awareness about the pressing issues faced by homeless communities in Manchester.
