Dynamic Group Launches 2026 Charity Partnership with Barnabus

Dynamic Group is proud to announce our 2026 charity partnership with Barnabus, a Manchester-based charity supporting people affected by homelessness.

Barnabus provides vital support to people experiencing homelessness across Greater Manchester, offering practical help, guidance and long-term pathways towards independent living. Our aim this year is to stand alongside them through fundraising, volunteering and helping to raise awareness of the incredible work they do every day.

We have worked with Barnabus before – including our 2023 charity abseil from Barton Tower, which raised over £700 – and we are delighted to strengthen our relationship through this formal partnership.

As part of our ongoing commitment to community impact, we will be working closely with Barnabus throughout the year — offering practical assistance, staff volunteering opportunities, and supporting fundraising events across Greater Manchester. The partnership aligns closely with our values as a business that’s deeply rooted in the communities where we work.

Supporting People with Practical Help

To mark the launch of our partnership, we organised a Winter Donations Drive across the Dynamic Group. Staff from all of our companies — Dynamic FM, Dynamic FS, Beehive Engineering Consultancy, and AT Nolan — contributed generously, donating warm clothing, toiletries, food and other essential items.

The initiative was a huge success, with the volume of donations far exceeding the capacity of the collection bin provided by Barnabus. Contributions were also topped up by the companies themselves, reinforcing our shared belief that meaningful support goes beyond words.

A Year of Collaboration

Over the course of 2026, our group of companies will:

  • Participate in fundraising events supporting Barnabus outreach services
  • Offer time, skills and labour for practical support projects
  • Give staff the opportunity to volunteer directly with the charity
  • Raise awareness of homelessness and help challenge the stigma attached to it

“We’re incredibly proud to be working with Barnabus this year. Their impact on the city is huge, and we’re looking forward to supporting them however we can — not just financially, but through hands-on help and long-term partnership.” Michael Fraser, Managing Director

This collaboration is part of our wider social value strategy, ensuring we make a real, tangible difference to the communities we serve. We look forward to sharing more throughout the year.
